Manage Document Management System for SEMS. Manage/facilitate platform specific Hazards Analysis per BSEE SEMS Element (RP 14J audits) requirements, prepare Fire Fighting Risk Assessments, develop/maintain platform specific Operating Procedures per SEMS Element, organize reports of Incidents and Incidents of Non-Compliance(INC's), maintain Mechanical Integrity, prepare platform audits/inspections, monitor records output (SEMPCheck, 14C, hardcopy), establish liaison with clients and SEMS Document Holders.

Effectively plan, coordinate and supervise Business Services programs and personnel to achieve qualitative and operational results. Interprets and directs implementation of guidelines and procedures. Establishes, assigns and communicates performance goals and standards, monitors performance, data, documents, conducts performance reviews and appraisals, and direct implementation of corrective and/or disciplinary action/career development plans. Prepares analyses and reports; provide oral and written responses.Represent the agency in community affairs, develop and deliver presentations to explain agency objectives, operations and programs. Prepares plans and monitors efforts to integrated service delivery throughout the entire LWDA.
