Marketing And Communications Manager
Current• Initiates and oversees internal marketing and communication efforts working closely with alldepartments• Launches strategic marketing initiatives, specifically for targeted demographics, utilizingcreative and cost effective printed communications, electronic communications, the weband social media platforms• Ensures that initiatives are communicated timely, effectively and consistently to internalaudiences including staff and members• Responsible for cross-communication collaboration with all teams to ensure initiativeunderstanding between departments• Manages GSMW’s branding (name, log, and images); ensures all publications comply withGSUSA’s branding guidelines, are aesthetically pleasing, and visually consistent throughoutmessaging communications• Design and create fun and engaging marketing materials to promote programs to girls andadults throughout the council• Develops the council’s marketing and communication’s plan and launches marketing,communications initiatives• Assists in the oversight of the GSMW website and expands social media sites including butnot limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc• Assists with creating, designing and writing collateral, including but not limited tomembership initiatives, reports, brochures, website and social media messages• Provides input and oversight to all marketing material design and publications• Serves as a council spokesperson
