Conceptualized and developed various modifications (Kaizen) on the machines based on the production requirement to achieve maximum productivity Coordinated material / spare parts planning related activities encompassing identification of vendors, requirement of specification. Assisted documentation for TS16949, TPM and ISO14001 quality systems and updating the same upon defined intervals. Developing & executing maintenance plans to achieve optimum performance levels of all production & utility equipment in the plant, without any loss of production activity and to ensure equipment reliability and personnel safety. Planning and executing capital procurement. Regular communication with internal customers to meet production oriented requirements.
