Managing and assisting the Chairs of the RCGS Committees by organizing and maintaining their day-to-day programs, deliverables and correspondence.

Guiding the general public through the Royal Canadian Geographical Society's exhibit space that was provided during the summer of 2018, showcasing the artwork of celebrated Canadian artist Chris Cran, as well as an exhibit on polar explorer Roald Amundsen and his journey to the Northwest Passage.Responsibilities:- Responsible for creating schedules for exhibit guides in correspondence with their availability- Dealt with members of the general public in a museum space setting- Answered inquiries regarding exhibits, the society, and Ottawa in general- Responsible for open and close of building before and after every shift (alarm system, FOB, etc.)

- Guided members of the public through two exhibitions at Canada's Center for Geography and Exploration in celebration of Canada's 150th anniversary as a country - Answered tourtists' inquiries regarding general knowledge of the Ottawa area, both historically and geographically- Learnt, prepared, and delivered key points and factual information regarding both exhibits including the art installation entitled "Thirteen Moons" by Canadian indigenous artist, Alex Janvier
