Wildcat Design challenge that won 2019 Best Internal Collaboration Award, which resulted in the birth of the industry’s first printed packer (RockLock™) and a $46M contract award from a prestigious customer. • Heavy contributor to the Sharepoint website that was created to conduct the challenge which was later used as a challenge template.

Liaison with vendors to ensure equipment was designed, manufactured, and tested to specifications.• Played key role on the design, construction and commissioning of fracturing equipment, piping systems, storage tanks, blending system and acid mixer for the Blue Tarpon (Gulf of Mexico Deepwater Stimulation Vessel) a $155M project.• Demonstrated the ability to learn new technologies and products in a short period resulting in minimal learning curve, enhanced productivity and the ability to navigate through ambiguity. • Led mechanical design for the SureSENS 175HP electronic well monitoring gauge to be used in high pressure (up to 30 ksi) and high temperature environments (up to 175˚C) and SureFLOW 298EX full bore flow meter. • Initiated, developed and implemented sustaining order processing guidelines and drawing templates. This document was still being used to train engineers that join the Sustaining Team.
