Partook in the global flagship store located on Regent Street where I am responsible for the men's floor business which is fairly new to Europe. Mainly the achievement focus is to present the men's line to clients that are new to the brand as well as maintaining client records and profiles of the customer that is already familiar with the lines. Whilst providing the "Jet Set" service proposition for the everyday customer presented by Michael himself I am partaking in presenting the newly developed electronic application for stock tracking to the clients as well as supporting the large team throughout the store such as the visuals, management and stock-control teams. Overlooking and tracking the sales targets, KPI's, stockroom and mainly driving the men's business I also take part as a monogramming expert in the store where we provide personalisation for the client's leather goods with embossing their initials by choice.Following my position as a seller is a role that I felt much closer to my interests and experience so I decided to transfer fully to the operations team where I developed a different perspective of the business itself and gained knowledge to completely understand the running business. I have developed a lot more experience in regards to accepting the stock itself, dealing with transfers throughout the whole business worldwide, and help in developing the in-store stockrooms to be as easily controlled and accessed. As well as the administrative side of this role which includes dealing with customer's requests and stock shipment I also takepart in which is my most passionate side of the business in the training and developing on our "Smart watch" range of products as well full support for my team with the mechanical watches in-store.
