Industrial Development and Consulting. We focus on specialized industrial application of real estate. As finance officer at Wiseman Residential, a Los Angeles based real estate development firm, I manage $500M in debt. Each fiscal year, I negotiate approximately $200M of short-term construction debt and permanent financing. My typical deal size is about $20M and I have negotiated individual debt deals in excess of $100M. I have closed nearly $2B in debt and equity deals in my career. In the course of my career, I have cultivated relationships with several large national banks including Wells Fargo, City National Bank, Chase and PNC. I have leveraged my relationships and my expertise in real estate finance to deliver consistently advantageous deals.In addition to finance, I handle government relations and compliance. As a representative of the company, I liaise with City Council, Planning Department, Housing & Community Investment, Building and Safety and several other state and local government agencies.
