Retired on January 31, 2023. I was previously the Managing Director of the Milwaukee County Transit System (MCTS) for 8+ years.

Provide oversight and management assistance to Administrative Departments including: Human Resources, Materials Management (procurement), Information Technology, Risk Management, and Paratransit (eligibility and contract management of operations).• Report to the Managing Director of the Milwaukee County Transit System. • Project Lead on technical projects of significance to the entire organization including Advanced Fare Collection System Project and Bus Rapid Transit System Proposal.• Cooperate with Milwaukee County’s Community Business Development Partners Office to create a level playing field on which DBEs can compete for contracting opportunities, and report DBE utilization information semi-annually as required by the Federal Transit Administration.• Participate in labor negotiations, proposing strategies and providing cost analyses of proposals.• Reply to public records requests (as custodian of public records for MCTS) promptly, professionally and in accordance with Wisconsin Public Records Law. • Serve as on-site coordinator for Federal Transit Administration Triennial Reviews.

Managed staff of planners responsible for analyzing the operational and fiscal impacts of transit service changes. Prepared and managed multiple contracts for implementation of new and existingbus service to neighboring counties (Waukesha and Ozaukee). Participated in strategic planning meetings with the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, Wisconsin Department of Transportation, local municipalities, businesses and other transportation related entities. Analyzed existing service and ridership data and provided recommendations for service changes.

Oversight of contracts with Paratransit van and taxi service providers. Included review of ridership statistics, invoices, and compliance with Federal, state and local requirements.

Conducted key research to support Executive Department goals. Researched and developed service modifications and assisted in service budget planning and implementation of grant funded projects.
