Raised as a gentleman by my parents, I am a highly self-motivated individual who joined the Army to serve our great country. I have been in uniform for 13 years thus far. I have been deployed to the middle east twice for two different types of jobs. During my first deployment I was working at Kandahar Air Field in Afghanistan with the 550th Signal Company via the 490th TIN-E as a 25L Cable Systems Installer in a Technical Control Facility managing critical communications for a variety of remote and local locations. During my most recent tour I deployed to Camp Taji, Iraq, with the 369th CBRN Company as a 74D Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Warefare Specialist. I was able to use my skills from my previous deployment to ensure all communications between our company and other foreign nations were secure. While in Iraq, I trained local nationals and other NATO forces on CBRN response and defense. We ultimately set the bar by rewriting, improving and polishing the CBRN response plan for the middle east. As a civilian I have been told by my peers that I am a jack-of-all-trades. That being said, I believe that I can be successful in anything I do.
