CurrentAs a Product Manager leading efforts in both Contact Center Technology and the Order Management System, I focus on creating impactful solutions that drive efficiency and elevate customer and employee experiences. I was the first PM in the organization to deliver a comprehensive 3-year roadmap, which was praised and accepted by our leadership team, including our new CEO.I’ve taken on the role of an evangelist, particularly for AI and Product Management. As the leader of the winning team in our first ChatGPT Hackathon, I continue to advocate for AI’s transformative potential across the organization, implementing tools such as AI-powered call analysis and assistant functionalities.In the product management space, I introduced a consistent prioritization framework and spearheaded the adoption of Jira Product Discovery, training other PMs to shift from reactive ticket management to proactive prioritization. I’ve also been a strong advocate for UX, working closely with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience is always a priority.For the contact center, my team’s work in reducing the number of digital tools has saved our agents and customers hundreds of hours each year in administrative tasks. I’m driven by a passion for operational efficiency and the belief that the right technology can make a profound difference in how teams work and how customers engage with us.
