Lufthavnsvikar & Recruiting is a company specializing in the recruiting and deployment of permanent and temporary airport staff. As Operations Manager I have the day-to-day responsibility for finding the best member of staff for any given job and for ensuring the smooth running of planning and logistical processes. For me an unusual day is one spent in the office.The unexpected is the norm and most of my time is spent out and about, dealing with whatever happens to come up.
