With over 20 years of US military experience and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, I am a seasoned and versatile leader, program manager, and instructor in the global defense industry. I have held leadership roles in multiple organizations with upwards of 500+ personnel, as well as led small and agile teams. I have graduated from the US Air Force Weapons School, the most rigorous and prestigious tactical training program in the US military, and gained invaluable skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and communication.Currently, I am a Flight Instructor, DoD Liaison, and Sales and Operations Manager at Vantage Robotics, a leading company in autonomous and unmanned systems. I leverage my subject matter expertise in digital and analog communications systems, theory, and application across all waveforms, including Tactical Data Links such as LINK-16, SADL, and VMF. I also have a strong network among all US/NATO services and combatant commands, as well as global defense industry partners, such as Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed-Martin, and others. My mission is to provide innovative and effective solutions for complex and dynamic challenges in the defense sector, as well as to mentor and empower the next generation of leaders and professionals.
