In addition to my leadership of the businesses marketing and business development departments, as of April 2024 I have also assumed responsibility of the business’s sales function.This role entails the day-to-day management of sales activities, including monitoring multiple email inboxes and phone lines, and allocating work across team members. In addition, I perform checks on all live quotes, orders and invoices to ensure a seamless customer experience, and handover to our manufacturing team.Further duties include the development and realization of new strategies and policies. Recent work has focused on customer experience, with sales account managers trained and coached on finding relevant enquiry information to find an accurate solution.In addition, I have developed a re-engagement strategy which has been instrumental in ensuring that Eat My Logo’s customers return following their first order, utilizing automation and account management.I currently line manage 5 employees, carrying out recruitment, training, reviews, performance management and using my leadership abilities to ensure all department targets are being met.

Identifying and building new commercial opportunities across the UK, driving the growth of Eat My Logo. Working alongside our customers to help businesses treat, reward and celebrate with their staff and customers.Managing the businesses marketing activities across various channels, including paid and organic. Overseeing the internal marketing team, and working with various partners to manage outsourced functions, including SEO and website development.Management of the businesses software and systems. Carrying out business improvement projects to aid growth plans, as part of the wider management team. Involvement in marketing, sales, operations, and systems projects to aid operational efficiency and increase revenue.

Responsibility for a range of functions with the aim of ensuring the long term growth of Eat My Logo Limited in current and future market places. My key focus was developing our Trade sales channel and looking at growth into new sectors.During my time as BDE, I was part of the construction of a portal for use by our promotional merchandise agency customers. I also developed a targeted communication plan, hosting educational webinars with over 100 different businesses.

Responsible for dealing with inbound enquiries, advising, quoting and processing orders from customers of all sectors. Working as part of a team of 3, processing over 4,000 unique orders per year for a range of different businesses.Marketing responsibilities including asset creation and scheduling, email campaigns, press releases, social media and printed advertisements. Utilising skills such as graphic design, copy writing and SEO, I played a part in the businesses marketing and engagement strategy to aid growth.
