Supported Stores, Area and Regional Managers for all operational and trading needs through collaboration with trading departments. Responsible for providing a retail perspective to all trading departments within the support centre.

Ensured all communications delivered to stores and field teams was correct, clear and necessary, therefore allowing them to implement the actions required.

Successfully ran 6 fast moving retail stores with an annual turnover ranging from £2 to £5.7 million.
