Restaurant Manager
CurrentTim's Poboys has been owned and operated by my family before I was even born. Given we are a very small family, consisting of 4 members, we have all put in our fair amount of blood, sweat, and tears running a business. I was born in this business and was groomed to take the reigns one day being the sole male descendant of the owner. Every aspect of this business and its successful operation of over 30 years I have witnessed, learned, and have taken part in. My job description would be described as Manager but my job, title, and responsibilities go far beyond that. To all potential employers, I understand the massive undertaking it is to run a business and its complexities. With my understanding of that difficult task, I actively make myself knowledgeable, useful, and attempt to lessen the work load on other managers and the owners. My work ethic and sense of responsibility comes from seeing a man and his wife work 60+ hour weeks year in and year out to give their children the best they can offer. I owe everything to the owners, my parents. Unfortunately, I do not wish to run the business as I have already worked in it a lifetime and wish to broaden my horizons.
