Contribution towards customer satisfaction and loyalty by administeringcontinuously knowledge in products and applications to the sales andtechnical support teams.• Developing business opportunities in relation to distribution and projects sales..Assessing needs and quoting for turnkey projects , • Consulting on solutions and installations of pump sets.• Providing information about pump set components through submittals to consultants and contracting companies.• Trouble Shooting and assessing maintenance requirements of pump sets..• Administration and co-ordination of the sales team to ensure smooth functioning of the department.market share • Emphasize product features and benefits, prepare quotes, and discuss payment terms, L/c’s and other payment instruments . • Be accountable for achieving all sales revenue targets/business objectives • Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, seminars, exhibits, and other events.
