My role was to identify, problem solve and treat for targeted species using a variety of methods including chemicals and trapping while also identifying and putting preventative measures in place. Key requirements for this role was to build effective relationships with clients and property managers, effective communication skills, being punctual, time management and attention to detail.

Responsible for the operation of more than one key part of an overall "manufacturing process" of the milk powder processing department while contributing to a safe and healthy work environment and ensuring regulatory and auditable compliance needs are met. Strong focus on quality, customer requirements and regulatory standards are crucial to building relationships across the business at all levels and with external suppliers and customers.
