Managed operations and administrative tasks for the Beverly Grove location. Mentoring and onboarding a team of 15 staff members with the goal of striking a work-life balance while also ensuring excellent customer service in a high-speed, high-volume environment. Administrative tasks included placing retail, paper, and produce orders, correspondence with facility technicians, cash and inventory audits, balancing COGS and OPS, community outreach, and hiring staff.Optimized scheduling to fit team preferences and store efficiency, in conjunction with upper management’s monthly sales and labor goals.Oversaw vendor booths at the Coachella Music Festival 2022 VIP area, coordinating logistics with Goldenvoice personnel and ensuring food safety, sales, and festival standards were met.
