My experience as a teacher has been developed for several years, and currently I continue this work in two areas mainly: Spanish and music teacher. My personal goal for my classroom is to challenge students and watch them grow to their full potential. I like to see the development of students at various levels for the improvement of each one, because I believe in the importance and impact of group work, I see it when students help fellow students and the atmosphere of the class is transformed as a whole. In my classroom, I want students to have freedom that allows for expression and creativity. I also feel a key to success is for the class to work on projects to help others, because I consider it is important not only to help the students that you are teaching, but also give them direction to help others. And personally, as a teacher, I think it is important for students to keep in mind that there will be difficult moments or circumstances in life and sometimes it can be a struggle, but if something goes wrong, “there is always a way to fix the problem, no matter what, there is always the power to make change."I consider myself a person that likes the team work, responsible, honest, creative, commitment and persevering. I like to have personal and professional goals, and above all to achieve each of my objectives with constancy and work.
