• Facilitate and manage all marketing, promotional, and social media aspects involving Peak Events and any events that Peak operates or oversees. Including but not limited to: - Creating & implementing marketing and social media plans for each event - Oversight, implementation and execution of paid advertising campaigns through all available social media platforms - Oversight, management, and growth of all Peak Events and Peak Sports owned socialmedia handles including all company and event specific handles. - Oversight and facilitation of all Live Cutting during all produced/broadcasted events.• Facilitate and manage all creative needs for both Peak Events and Peak Sports - Including but not limited to: tournament stadium graphics, production graphics, social media content creation and graphics, Highlight and promotional videos, miscellaneous videos, employee recognitions and birthday graphics, all marketing collateral and graphics, etc.• Assist with and manage any 3rd party marketing agency partnerships.• Assist and manage Peak Events’ and all Event Website(s).• Execute and manage a monthly newsletter and email database for each event.• Oversee social media and marketing interns and any other full or part-time social media or marketing staff. This can include having to: - Create and implement a plan for each semester - Teach and train as needed - Delegate to improve efficiency and productivity• Assist with event ticketing promotion for groups and individuals as needed.• Assist with all relevant sponsorship fulfillment and activation.• Work in collaboration with the Vice President to effectively market and promote all Peak Events’events.• Work in collaboration with HQ staff in the planning and operational execution of events as needed.• Maintain a positive attitude and consistently bring creative ideas and opportunities to the table.

• Managed the Instagram, X, and Facebook accounts of the inaugural Jax College Baseball Classic and the 8th annual Frisco Classic• Collaborated with participating schools, players, and stakeholders to create content• Captured in-game content to increase audience engagement and follower counts• Garnered 2,500+ total likes and reposts on X, nearly 9,000 engagement actions on Facebook, and engagement from 3,000+ Instagram accounts during the Frisco Classic• Gained nearly 400 followers on Instagram, 700+ followers on X, and 450+ followers on Facebook on the Jax Classic social accounts

• Created and managed the Instagram account of Tarleton's athletic bands• Captured photo and video content for use across all athletic band social platforms• Reported content performance data to help curate and schedule future content• Grew the following of Tarleton's athletic band Instagram by 600+ followers from September 2022 - March 2023 through the introduction of Reels
