I am Dedicated and results-driven individual with a genuine passion for construction and the built environment. Recently having successfully completed my RICS Qualification in Quantity Surveying, I developed a desire for construction and the built environment. I am looking forward to progressing with further industry qualifications in APM & RICS along with others, currently studying my Advanced Level 5 Project & Property Management qualification in accordance with APM, in line with my current employment at Mitie. I have also had the benefit of working for a property consultancy where I have had some involvement in developing FM specifications and reviewing contracts for private clients.I am passionate about delivering great customer service and I thrive on the responsibility my position affords me to ensure the effective running of client projects and to solve problems quickly and effectively when they arise. I have good stakeholder management skills and enjoy developing relationships at all levels, knowing that this interaction leads to real-time feedback and continuous improvement in line with my career.At this early stage in my career, I am genuinely excited by the prospect of experiencing all that the Construction and indeed the wider property industry has to offer.
