Founded the Company and led its international marketing, sales, product development and operations. Offices in LA, Colorado Springs, Dallas, Washington DC and Brussels. Primary business focus is enterprise business engineering using modeling technologies and enterprise data management. Published over 30 magazine articles and four books including PROBE, The Principles of Business Engineering. Was an instructor at the National Defense Institute. Responsible for the development of IDEF!X data modeling methodology and the Functional Economic Analysis methodology. Was also the lead architect for the DOD Computer Aided Automation and Logistics Support (CALS) Program, received a commendation for the establishment of DOD's Computer Aided Management (CAM) Program and led the effort on development of the DOD Data Management Program.

Responsible for automation and strategic business planning for the entire group consisting of 7 divisions, world wide.

Initially responsible for the development of a database driven Earned Value System for the LHA program and subsequently for the implementation of MRP and CAM information technology at the Pascagoula Ship Yard

Office of Planning Programming and Budgeting. I was in the Officer Training Program and trained in all aspects of agency operations.

Graduated OCS and assigned to the Tactical Air Command as Air Intelligence Officer. While working for the CIA, I was drafted but by agreement with the DoD, I was detached from TAC and assigned to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Comptroller, Output Measurement Systems Directorate where I was part of the team developing DOD Instruction 7000.2, Earned Value.
