• Manage and maintain benefit disclosures and contractual terms & conditions that reside on American Express websites for over 40 card products• Applications utilized include Marketingforce, Digital Asset Manager (DAM) and Acquisition Campaign Management System (ACMS)

• Manage, own, and maintain marketing content in a Digital Asset Management tool, owning 800 pieces of marketing content used to build marketing campaigns across various channels• Collaborate in cross-functional teams, with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Product teams ensuring accuracy and quality of marketing language housed in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) Tool• Key liaison between internal stakeholders, providing strategic content management direction, governance, training, and monitoring of marketing content• Identify/execute daily content changes (creating new content or updating existing content), ensuring approvals, compliance reviews, and quality checks for new product launches, refreshes, and overall content maintenance• Review daily marketing communications to identify impacts to content that require timely updates• Enable operational efficiencies with process and technical enhancements via the launch of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool, utilizing input and expertise from the user experience• Manage the creative review and approval process

• Manage accounts with ten educational publishers, two distributors, and fifty colleges/ universities including Pearson, Cengage, Kinseido Japan, Wiley Publishing & Films Media Group• Facilitate permission requests (organizations/individuals) via ABC News Rights/Clearances• Clear materials for content requests for 150+ news programs in collaboration with the ABC News Rights/Clearances • Manage the ABC News online store, 2,000+ titles
