Developed documentation for the Fluor Corporation’s QIP infrastructure: processes, procedures, support diagrams, training materials, and disaster recovery Trained NOC engineers and select remote users on architecture IPAM software Worked with the Active Directory group to create an integration of Active Directory and QIP that was seamless.Network Operations Center Supervisor / Senior AnalystAugust 2000- January 2003 Responsible for the daily operations of Fluor Corporation’s WAN. Managed day to day maintenance and troubleshooting of the WAN, ensuring that outages remain within targeted SLA requirements. Supervised a NOC in the US and one in India that included WAN\LAN engineers, performance analysts, and firewall engineers. Reported the status of the network to upper level management.
