CurrentSpecialist Recruiter partnering with clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing sectors across Northern Ireland, helping my clients attract the best talent on the market and supporting candidates in their next career move. From 2017 - 2021, I was also Lead Recruiter on a large key client account, covering pro-active sourcing, delivery, managing pipeline, tailored attraction campaigns, recruitment strategy, MI reporting and a partnered consultative approach with in house talent / hiring managers to solve recruitment challenges. Joined Manpower in 2015 with the launch of a new commercial division in Northern Ireland. In the first 2 years I was the sole recruitment consultant for permanent hires on a cold desk, new business development, managing full 360 recruitment, job onboarding, candidate sourcing, negotiation, offer management and developing client / candidate relationships. Also led key recruitment projects including high volume recruitment, delivering 120 FTE hires on a sole supply project. Key markets included - Automotive, Skilled Trades and Industrial/ Manufacturing.
