 Performing Collections of unauthorized deductions.  Communicating with customer accounts payable departments, buyers, finance departments, outside auditors, and management, to provide and explain adequate documentation, ensuring repayment of deductions.  Reviewing supporting documentation to ensure completeness and supporting collectability. Tracking customer balances by category to determine trends and streamline collection efforts. Ongoing collaboration with Credit Management, Sales, Sales Finance, and Customer Service. Responsible for auditing accounts for unauthorized deduction balance

 Matched bank statements to invoice amounts, to ensure client invoices were paid in full. Input paid invoices into accounting software for further processing. Executed an initiative to gather accurate and up-to-date information on all 10,000+ client profiles.

 Reconciled outstanding accounts payable. Reached out to clients, to ensure that payment terms and outstanding balances matched our records. Earned “Employee of the Quarter” for the Business Services Division.

 Independently traveled throughout South-East Queensland to launch updated computer hardware and software in various government agencies. Ensured accurate and secure data transfer between new and old machines. Provided troubleshooting and additional IT support throughout the transfer process, as needed.
