• Negotiated with both EMP and the Louisiana State Penitentiary and authored several proposals in order to secure funding and access.
• Recorded interviews and music of inmates at Angola State Penitentiary, Louisiana, the world’s largest maximum security prison.
• Archive and database management of field data for use in future exhibitions and scholarly inquiry.

San Francisco Bay Area

• Song research and selection, writing liner notes, contract and royalty administration.
• Consulted on three releases for National Geographic Society on the music of Africa, New Orleans, world romance and the blues.

Chico, California Area

• Managed volunteer on air staff, radio announcing, archiving, cataloging and distributing all incoming music for the station.
• Write, selected and produced content for “Evening Jazz” the only jazz music broadcast from Sacramento to the Oregon border, six nights per week from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
