Responsible for developing the next-generation exploration and production data warehouse for Schlumberger North America. This is at the intersection of "Big Data", Cloud computing, and Petroleum Engineering.The warehouse will be the first of it's kind to integrate multi-segment, cross-domain public and private data sets to serve the needs of SLB engineering, sales and marketing organizations.Responsible for design and development of the primary delivery mechanisms through which this data will be consumed. This includes: extending existing engineering software for in-app, in-context data delivery; construction of Data Analytics and Business Intelligence products for different user groups (dashboards, web analytics portal).

Worked with management to develop an analytics suite to elucidate key market insights during a period of rapid commodity price decline. Resulted in deployment of a successful suite of Tableau dashboards, widely distributed across sales, engineering and top management. Wrote back-end code to collect, organize, and store data to power the dashboard; data pipelines, and web-scrapers to expose data from 3rd party sources in order to provide "0-day" market intelligence.
