Responsible for the development and implementation of all calendar and fiscal year training requirements for four geographically separated firing battery’s and one headquarters battery. Responsible for the creation of artillery surface danger zones to ensure the safe conduct of training. Managed and maintained an equipment set of over $1.2 million dollars.

Provided subject matter expertise, guidance, advice, and counsel to the staff and officers of 62 Battalion Khalifa bin Zayed II Brigade of the United Arab Emirates Presidential Guard in carrying out its regular and pre-deployment training activities in pursuit of its mission-essential tasks.

Developed and implemented trained based on the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process to promote learning, lesson design, and assignments for training and educating 12 instructors and over 100 Marines in the Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) of 0844 Fire Direction Control Marine and 0848 Artillery Operations Chief.

Responsible for the delivery of safe and accurate artillery fires in a chaotic and complex Fire Direction Center (FDC). Trained and developed over 50 subordinates in all key billets of the FDC commensurate with the Training and Readiness Standards of the Marine Corps.

Developed and implemented trained based on the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) process to promote learning, lesson design, and assignments for training and educating 18 instructors and over 300 Marines in the MOS of 8152 Marine Corps Security Force Guard.

Assisted in the delivery of safe and accurate artillery fires in a chaotic and complex FDC. Trained and developed subordinates in all key billets of the FDC commensurate with the Training and Readiness Standards of the Marine Corps.
