• Provide high level support for hundreds of client sites that use Intelerad's Radiology software/systems and a variety of dictation programs not limited to Mmodal, Powerscribe 360, Dragon, etc. This includes training.
• Configuring modalities and network send/receive destinations to PACS systems. This requires assisting the on-site local IT with network/VPN troubleshooting as well as navigating within the backend server environment to.
• Navigating and managing Linux based servers for each client with various administration tasks. This includes assisting with the evergreening of servers and regular QA, manipulating storage and archiving to our central.
• Identifying and manipulating DICOM tags and information as well as other various specialties exclusive to the world of clinical radiology information systems support.
