To be able to provide this service passive optic networks (PON's) were built, tested by myself and and signed off (all with no defects) by auditors.Full understanding of FNC's and splitter builds as well as OTDR's and power meters. Competent in the use of open reach testing, Candid, toggle testing and providing LLR's in any format desired by client.To over come high light loss within existing PON's I worked on spines to reduce light loss so as it was within acceptable loss levels.Extensive experience using all blown fibre equipment and termination of blown fibre in panels, cabinets and joints.All cabling undertaken by myself to provide PON's, UG and OH.

Plan and build fibre network. Complete network build using PIA and new network, from cab to customer. Customer install and activation. Cab work and CDC work, blown and hard fibre. Patching through and trouble shooting as required. Adapting to historical network issues to overcome and improve. eg- buried joints, network expansion and pre-existing high light loss levels.

Working with VolkerWessels to fault on the network and improve remote fibre prevision. Faulting on new network to overcome issues and provide FTTH/FTTP. Mainly working with blown fibre from POP to property. Over came language barriers.

Provide fibre for stadiums around the world. Build temporary fibre networks for projection teams. Pull in and terminate fibre in panels/cabinets and then test and sign off.

Running of the business from workshop to accounts. Making bespoke furniture, Kitchens, windows and staircases. Drawing up plans from measurements and converting them in to bespoke items. All workshop activities undertaken and fitting final products.

Pulling in data cables, dressing and terminating either end (cabinet and modules ) as well as testing with Fluke equipment. Suppling Cat5,5e,6,6A and 7 to schools, hospitals and universities in and around Bristol.
