Responsible for the readiness and maintenance of $10.7 million dollars worth of Aviation ground support equipment. -Deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operations Freedom Sentinel and Resolute Support.-Planned, synchronized, and managed the 10 month deployment and redeployment of 70 Soldiers to Afghanistan during the COVID-19 pandemic.-Planned and synchronized the deployment of 25 Soldiers for High Altitude Mountainous Environmental Training at Fort Bliss, TX.-Supervised the Battalion’s aircraft maintenance program for 30 UH-60s; ensured maintenance resourcing requirements were met prior to aircraft maintenance tasks.-Developed Senior Non-commissioned Officers (NCO) (GS-7), Warrant Officers (GS-8), and Junior Officers (GS-9) through quarterly and annual counseling, and evaluations.-Built cohesion amongst Soldiers and Families by supporting regular Soldier and Family Readiness Group morale events, and personally publishing a monthly company newsletter (example available on request).

-Directed, managed, and supervised the training readiness, morale, health, and welfare of 10 Soldiers (GS-4), three NCOs (GS-7), and eight Warrant Officers (GS-8).-Developed Senior Non-commissioned Officers (NCO) (GS-7), and Warrant Officers (GS-8) through quarterly and annual counseling, and evaluations.-Planned, resourced, and executed a UH-60 Blackhawk Aerial Gunnery exercise by coordinating with adjacent units and Republic of South Korean Army counterparts; trained and qualified 31 Soldiers on the M240H Machine Gun.-Demonstrated technical and tactical leadership abilities through the planning and execution of five Battalion and Company level Air Assaults. -Supervised the aircraft maintenance program by accurately briefing the maintenance status and readiness of 10 UH-60 Helicopters during daily Battalion Production Control meetings.
