As general manger of some of St. Louis' most fast-paced and successful restaurant sites, I oversee daily operations. Used specialized software to edit and arrange materials for publication to process and procedure manuals used by employees to troubleshoot electronic telecommunication products. Used skills to layout and arrange page elements and improve the overall flow of troubleshooting customer issues. This role required a high level of attention to detail as well as a good eye for design to ensure that all of the necessary page elements are present and clear.
