I am a logical and skilled programmer with high motivation to improve upon the knowledge I already possess and have a high interest in learning new skills and storytelling. Currently seeking a placement year or internship to fit between university studies in order to gain experience in the industry. A highly organised and efficient individual, whose logical and planned approach to projects has yielded excellent results. For many years I have held a strong passion for story-based games and have always wanted to help create and tell interesting stories for players to experience the enjoy. I believe that by telling a complex and yet enjoyable story games are able to captivate and engage with their consumers on a level more so than films and books. Becoming a games programmer would allow me to play a key role in how a player is able to interact with and experience a story, which is something I am very keen on doing.
