Part of the Executive Leadership Group (ELG) responsible for implementing the strategic vision of Council and driving organisational development. A progressive leader responsible for the City’s Engineering and Horticulture division, ensuring efficient and effective operations as well as providing high level advice to Council regarding the management of Council’s infrastructure assets. Functional areas include engineering, natural environment and operational services across infrastructure assets, traffic, transport, open space, streetscapes, recreation facilities, tree management, drainage and waste services to the Mitcham community. Responsible for 113 staff and annual budgets circa $38m.
