On Project: 8 expansion 6-10 week projects through 2022-2024 along with chapter visits to various campuses.Primary responsibility to (re)establish chapters at institutions in which they are currently inactive or to operate as a hands-on consultant to a struggling chapter. In Office:Wrote the newsletters and did the social media platforming for our program now known as the Recruitment Service Initiative.Liaison between national organization and undergraduate chaptersFounders Day of Giving: As honorary chairman of fundraising, helped foundation raise $1500.Helped to conduct initiations and ritual retreat to Clemson ChapterAssisted in selection committee for Brother’s Archive AwardsAssisted in minor projects with both communication team and chapter consultants consistently including merchandising, inventory auditing, and social media postsAssisted in logistics for shipping multiple items in office such as scholarship awards, chapter awards, chapter memorabilia and resources for chapters (i.e., bid cards)Assisted Editor of Laurel/Sidelights magazines on multiple stories giving quotes, finding points of contact, and assisting in clarifying informationAs a Recruitment Professional:Conducted Recruitment Advising for 20 chapters last year, currently working with 28 chapters, 3 of which are associate (new) chapters. All but 1 chapter of which I interacted with saw growth in membership.Constantly developing new strategies for Growth team for outreach, advising, and project operationsProspected approximately 100 schools, 10 of which are on our short list, and constantly researching new potential prospect campuses for future expansions.Data collection/standardization of roles, reporting, coms, and schedulesWrote the May 2023 issue for the Recruitment NewsletterConsistently working with other NIC organizations to share resourcesAttended FRMT 2023, Phired Up Growth Summit 2023, Start-Up Summit 2023,and the 2023 Convention for Phi Kappa Tau.
