Executive Director, Family Care Network
Exercise executive authority for the overall and day-to-day operations and coordination of the Family Care Network, a multi-agency program providing free medical and support services to approximately 1,000 low-income HIV+ women, children, youth and their affected families, annually. Responsibilities include fiscal management of approximately $1.5MM grant funds, including budgeting, accounting, financial analysis and planning; supervising FCN coordination staff and consultants; contract monitoring and program evaluation; overseeing data management; ensuring that Network-wide Quality Management and Continuous Quality Improvement programs progress; program and strategic planning; providing policy leadership related to FCN target populations; advocating on behalf of and representing FCN client perspectives at community-, state- and nation-wide planning and coordinating meetings; coordinating implementation activities; drafting and producing required reports; interfacing with funders; overseeing of fundraising and development activities; and policy implementation.
