 Project lead for a variety of Energy Conservation Measures (ECM)  Successfully assisted the Energy Program Manager to develop and submit grant request to the Department of Energy for over 7 million dollars. Managed the Clark County energy program budget and the multi-million dollar DOE Energy Efficiency Conservation Block Grant (EECBG). Coordinate with NVEnergy for thousands of dollars in rebates on specific ECMs Team member in the selection of Countywide Energy Management Information System vendor. Liaison between Clark County and the utility companies for meter and use issue resolution.  Coordinated, supervised, scheduled and directed the move of over 1000 employees from the 8th District Court, City of Las Vegas Municipal Court, the County Clerk’s Office and the Offices of the Clark County District Attorney and the Las Vegas City Attorney from over a half dozen locations into one new high rise facility. This move was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.

 Assumed command and reorganized a mechanized infantry battalion into an air assault battalion. As Operations Officer (Major), deployed and maneuvered an infantry battalion to the Los Angeles Riots in 1992; conducted successful civil disturbance missions and enforced force protection measures. As Operations Officer (Major) chief architect responsible for complex operations to include a hallmark combined arms training exercise at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California, where the battalion (reinforced with an armor company) was chosen to test Chief of Staff of the Army, General Carl Vuono’s Platoon Fundamental Lanes Concept. During this rotation, the battalion achieved 203 “GOs” out of 208 total tasks.  Extensive experience in maneuver support logistics and tactical intelligence analysis.
