Schedule, issue and manage materials orders across 70+ suppliers (over two core categories) covering 200+ sku’s with JIT delivery and inventory right sizing, matched to an ever changing production & service demand. Coordinate directly with outsourced machining suppliers & negotiate with supply base to expedite immediate needs, phase in/out of replacement items and hold stocks of slow demand items. Directly liase with production (Assembly & Machining) to align priorities and ensure plans are in sync. Project participation for re-engineering, new source qualifications, process improvement.

Oversee & full management of North America purchasing team & IT. Covering strategic purchasing of all direct consumable materials, indirect services & energy/utility needs. Capital project administration, harmonization/leverage direction of zone spend as well as providing annual budget, target and executive reporting, trending insights and recommendations to Zone director & top executives. High collaboration with investment partners and development of best in class supplier management, procurement processes, controls and integration across all departments.

Manage contracts, suppliers, budgets, projects and implementation needs nationally for Indirect products and services (energy, facilities, gases, technology, capital, additives &consumables) for Constellation/Vincor (covering 10+ locations). Process improvement, electronic bidding integration and long term strategic development with US division.

Managed printed packaging supply aspects for production needs, regulatory changes, project and patient launches and spend reduction through inventory control, demand planing and cross functional team member.

Manage all direct packaging materials for the 5 production facilities nationally, tracking inventory demands, supplier performance, project delivery and supply lead for newly integrated alcohol range.

Control product information and setup for consolidated SAP implementation and database customisation, while directing product manufacturing location optimisation.
