As an invigilator I am responsible for the secure delivery of IELTS English test used for immigration and university studies. I also am responsible for some of the registration process on test days. I operate our IAM system which allows us to confirm our candidates identities. We do this by finger printing and capturing photos of our candidates. I am expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service to our test day candidates.

As a advanced medical equipment technician I was responsible for three core roles within the program. I was tasked with inspecting equipment according to our guidelines, insuring it's safe for our clients. I'm was also responsible for delivery of equipment into clients homes. We used large panel vans and cube trucks do get this done. My goal was to provide excellent in home client service. I was responsible for many warehouse tasks. These tasks included inventory, database, cleaning equipment and shipping and receiving. I've worked with many types of equipment.
