As the Head of Yield Management - Europe, reporting directly to VP Revenue Management - Europe. I am responsible for overseeing Inventory management across Europe for Diamond Resorts and providing support to all areas of the business. My talented team work across three different offices within Europe, focusing on Inventory Best Use to drive forward our goals of Revenue Growth whilst ensuring inventory demand satisfaction. Responsibilities include, data forecasting/analytics, producing performance reports, inventory administration and training on our in-house systems.Since entering this role, I've focused efforts on education, increasing knowledge in yield management strategies across all applicable team members, which in turn has shown better inventory management on both the overall annual setup and day to day micro management. Performance on nights has increased whilst challenges for demand have decreased for our key guest types. Yield Management is now at a stage where we are exploring new ideas and initiatives to continue growing our overall performance.

Reporting on Performance statitics and imbalances, and meeting with affiliate contacts.
