Joined the Company in September 2009 just as the closing months of the refurbishment of the Crucible Theatre and working alongside Daniel Evans as Artistic Director and won Stage100 Regional Theatre of the Year in 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2020. Over the course of the last seven years have refurbished both the Crucible and the Lyceum Theatres and most recently won 6 UK Theatre Awards for the work we produce. Since 2017, I have worked alongside Artistic Director Rob Hastie and have developed incredible theatre including Everybody's Talking About Jamie (currently on tour in UK and LA) and Life of Pi (currently in London).

Worked as CEO at exciting times for the organisation, and was the first theatre in Yorkshire to achieve Investors in People and worked on amazing projects such as Damian Cruden's 'The Railway Children' at the National Railway Museum, York.

Undertook a wide range of roles from Company Manager to General Manager and ending my time as Executive Director. Worked with Jude Kelly and with Ian Brown
