My responsibilities are primarily in reporting on and improving network and service performance (including on boarding/provisioning), with massive spill over into trading, marketing, compliance and operations. I had a few varied roles, but was mostly maintaining order in operations, whilst broadband, and subsequently MPF technologies were rolled out for a communications provider client.Mostly documenting, rolling out and training new processes, with 50% focus on inbound service contact center roles, and the other half on back office (tier 2) process.Really lively group of people, learned a lot, definitely worth heading into work everyday!

Ensuring sales, and KPIs was my key focus - this was helped massively by TalkTalk owning all the advertising rights on Big Brother in the days when people still watched it!
