Key responsibilities include:- Consolidating financial reporting data across the group- Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financials and tax reporting- Coordinate and manage the company's annual and half year financial audit- Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive accounting and expenditure management system- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts- Preparation of month end reports of exceptional quality and within reporting deadlines- Preparation of all tax related reports (Payroll Tax; FBT; BAS; Tax effect; Tax Returns; Royalty Returns)- Supervision of the accounts payable and payroll functions

External Audit Division:Responsible for assisting the firm with the completion of year-end and interim audits for a suite of listed and unlisted clients, including full review of the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow, performing variance analysis on key financial movements and testing of the client’s internal controls.
