Responsible for the marketing area in the procurement research & insights team. Responsibilities:-Book matched (with Purchase Order) and unmatched invoices-Process Payment Request Forms (PRFs), including supplier invoices, held payments to consultant and uncommitted invoices (translators, interpreters), matching to purchase orders or distributing directly to accounts provided by the budget holder, ensuring the PRFs are prepared in accordance with FAO Rules and Regulations;-Review banking instructions to ensure there is sufficient information to allow straight through processing of payments;-Check accuracy of calculations, budget codes and compliance with procedures;-Respond to enquiries by e-mail and telephone regarding invoice processing and related payments;-Report to the Supervisor any irregularities, discrepancies from existing regulations regarding unauthorised expenditure or inadequate documentation justifying basis of payment;-Consult with Divisions and Travel Group as required in order to obtain information necessary for the processing of the invoices

Responsible for creating and maintaining a consistent data base for all master dara currently defined for the organization such as but not not exclusively:- Creating and maintining 3rd party, intercompany suppliers and employee records- Creating and mainting banks, bank branches, bank accounts- Creating and mainting 3rd party and intercompany customer reords- Creating and mainting standard and customer specific sales pricelists, price modifiers and contracts which determine the selling price of products sold to the customers- Understanding business models, developing and testing the ERP solution for new requirements- Creating and mainting Acelity and local inventory items including finished goods, disposals and spare parts.- Creating and maintaining GCoA (Global Chart of Account)- Maintaining and controlling automatic interfaces for currency exchange rates and manually entering if requiredUnderstanding and maintaining approval workflows and approval limits in Oracle and related issue resolution- Supporting colleagues work within the company - problem-solving- Training new-comers, in order to help them achieve their highest potential- Proactively manages the data quality by running and evaluating regular check reports and statistics- Promoting strong collaborative relationship between the Master Data team and all other SSC teams, IT and country organizations- Creating and maintaining training materias and perform trainings on MDM related topics
