Cabin Crew Fatigue Specialist
CurrentKey responsibilities:• Responsible for supporting Fatigue reduction projects and activities for Jetstar by ensuring that the causes of fatigue are identified, and preventative measures are implemented to reduce fatigue risks.• Contributing to the development of, and implementing, fatigue prevention standards to integrate into existing Cabin Crew standards, procedures and training programs, including all Cabin Crew operational manuals, forms and documents. This role works closely with the Workforce planning department and Crewing to ensure service and safety training integrates fatigue prevention mitigations as part of routine training. • Act as Fatigue SME for risk assessments, change management and audit activities.• Prepare key findings and data for the Cabin Crew Fatigue Management Working Group (CCFMWG) monthly meetings• Act as role model for Cabin Crew and CE team in all matters related in WHS, Fatigue, Cabin Safety, standards and compliance.• The role is integral in enabling Customer Experience to understand the causes of Cabin Crew fatigue and absences and to deliver on scorecards for work induced fatigue reduction.• Required to drive the Fatigue strategy that is aligned to both the Customer Experience and Jetstar Safety strategy.• Act in the role as a Cabin Safety & Quality advisor when required. This includes assisting with processing Cabin Safety reports through risk classification and attending safety meetings. • Other duties as directed by the Manager of Standards and Assurance and Head of Cabin Crew
