Responsible for handling client billing, communication as well as monitoring and adjusting yearly budgets to meet engagement economic expectations.Populated and reviewed various business license applications/renewals across all jurisdictions in the United States and delivered licenses to clients for filing to keep clients in compliance with local licensing requirements.

 Responsible for receiving calls from clients' employees and aiding them with their Work Opportunity Tax Credit and Affordable Care Act applications as part of the EY call center team. Selected as employee of the month for the ACA team within the first three months of employment. Reviewed and processed unemployment insurance claims for EY clients throughout all 50 states and multiple territories. Gathered and prepared claimant documentation to be sent to the state to be used as part of the claimants unemployment hearing. Maintained an almost perfect review score of 97 out of 100 as a yearly average related to personal performance. Selected due to high performance to assist the unclaimed property team in sending out and receiving due diligence letters to aid clients in their yearly state reporting requirements. Created systems to train new unemployment claims representatives and furthered departmental goals by coming up with new ways to increase efficiency and time savings.

 Assisted in the planning and execution of the Super Series Baseball tournament including 128 teams. Worked in creating contracts, and securing vendors for the event. Supported the event team in planning and executing several youth tournaments including both a youth volleyball tournament and a tennis tournament from 45 schools. Assisted in the planning of food services, deliveries, set up, coordination during the event with volunteers and participants and then tear down of the events. Assisted in setting up and administration of the annual Hall of Fame Tribute Gala where more than $250,000 dollars was raised. Participated and helped coordinate charter buses, welcome committee, arrivals, equipment and event activities. Assured that all event activities were organized and without disruptions. Planned and executed several coach certification education programs for youth coaches throughout the city of San Antonio.

 Responsible for managing the social media (Facebook, Twitter) for event announcements, news feeds, and cross posting to other social media outlets like the local law enforcement department to continue to spread the word on events and training's. Assisted in organizing the child safety program where we were able to award car seats and installation of car seats due to the safety grant from state funds. Coordinated the car seat technicians to correctly install car seats. Managed 3 to 5 volunteers for events and programs. Contacted and built relationships with new clients to build awareness of the passenger safety program.
