- Troubleshoot technical issues for end users on PCs, Macs, laptops and tablets
- I.T. asset management using Mobile Asset, Asset Tracker and HP Web Jetadmin
- Remote technical support using Teamviewer, Remotely Anywhere, VNC, GoToAssist and Systems Management Server (SMS)
- Provisioning, managing and troubleshooting cell phones using Goodlink and Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Management of WAN server backups using Symantec Backup-Exec (Physical Servers) and Veeam (Virtual Servers)
