Commenced in this role developing and focusing on medium to large service contracts, agreements and repair work within various industries, high rise buildings, transport and government sectors. Highly involved in Improving company wide processes, procedures and overseeing QA checks throughout all facets of the business.

Relocated to Perth head office to manage mobile fire suppression service work and manage key service clients with multiple fire systems and equipment services from a ground level through to overseeing administration and streamlining of services provided to various industry and government.

Relocated to the south-west region to develop the existing service customer base throughout a vast area including various industries such as large commercial, mining, transport and government sectors. Developed the branch covering service, repairs, installation and sales of all related portable equipment and fire systems testing and repairs. Managed multiple staff, QA checks and maintained technical support within the Branch.

Started within the industry at a grass roots level as a Workshop based technician - hydrostatic testing, refilling and repairs to portable fire equipment until I was promoted within a short time as on road service technician / area manager to increase ongoing service client base and product sales. Also called upon for site QA checks and technical support within the division.
