• Using the Profit Protection visit template, conduct unannounced practice visits to measure practice compliance, identifying profit risks in the following areas – Cash Management, Patient Debt, EDI, Security, Fire Safety, Prescription Security and Data Protection. Ensure agreed visit targets are met through excellent planning.• Conduct investigations into identified cash variances/losses, stockloss and fraud in practices, producing a comprehensive report with recommendations to support Operations in the decision-making process.
